How to use the new EARLI system
The brand-new EARLI system will allow EARLI members to purchase memberships, submit and review proposals and purchase Conference registration all in one place.
It will fully replace the existing membership purchase tool at the earli.org - website, and the previously used Conference Management system. The new EARLI website will be launched very shortly as well.
Below, you can find instructions on how to log in and create a new submission.
1. Go EARLI- website (https://conference.earli.org)
2. Click 'log in'
All existing account data has been migrated from the old EARLI system to this new system.
If you already have an EARLI account, you do not need to create a new account.
You can log in using the email address and password linked to your exisiting EARLI account.
You no longer need your EARLI username; this has been replaced by your e-mail address.
When logging in for the first time, please check that all your account information is correct.
Please make sure that your country of birth and country of employment is filled in.
You can access all your account information in your user profile.
If you are new to EARLI, you can create a new account by clicking 'register'.
3. User dashboard
Upon logging in, you can find your account information in the brand-new user dashboard.
Your membership history, as well as future membership orders, conference submissions and conference orders will be listed here.
4. Create a new submission
Click "new submission" to submit a new proposal.
Please be advised that you need to select "new submission" for single paper submissions (paper, posters, workshops, ...) or "new symposium" for multi-paper submissions.
5. Become a reviewer
You can also opt to act as a reviewer for the EARLI 2017 or JURE 2017 Conference.
Click on "my reviews", and select your domains, SIGs and keywords to sign up !
